Eazy GAMCA Appointment is a private, independent service run by Eazy GAMCA Appointment. We help people in India book their pre-departure GCC medical appointment (commonly called the GAMCA medical, now booked through the Wafid system) for visas to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
Many applicants – especially first-time travellers, people from smaller towns, or family members booking for someone abroad – find the online booking process confusing. Small mistakes like a wrong spelling, a swapped date or the wrong position can lead to delays or a wasted appointment. We exist to make that step simpler, faster and less stressful.
What we do
- Collect your details through a simple form (no document uploads).
- Check your details for common mistakes before booking.
- Book your Standard or Premium medical appointment on your behalf, in your preferred city.
- Send the appointment slip to your email and WhatsApp.
- Answer your questions on WhatsApp in simple English or Hindi until your slip is delivered.
What we do NOT do
- We are not Wafid, GAMCA, the GCC Health Council, a government body, embassy or medical centre, and we do not represent them.
- We do not conduct medical tests and have no influence over medical results (fit/unfit).
- We do not issue visas or guarantee visa approval or specific appointment dates.
- We never ask for your Aadhaar OTP, bank PIN or passwords.
Our promise on pricing
Our assistance fee is a flat ₹1,500 per booking (Standard or Premium) and is always shown separately. Official charges and the medical-centre examination fee are paid at actual cost, and we tell you the complete amount before you pay. You can also choose to book yourself, free of any assistance fee, on the official website wafid.com.
