What our fee does NOT cover
- Medical-centre examination charges
- Visa fees, stamping, travel or any embassy charges
- Any guarantee of a specific date, medical centre or medical result

Questions about fees
What does the ₹1,500 fee include?
It covers our assistance only: checking your details, booking the appointment, delivering the slip on email/WhatsApp, status tracking and WhatsApp support until the slip is delivered.
Is the medical test fee included?
No. The medical-centre examination fee is separate and is paid directly at the medical centre as per their rates.
When do I pay?
After you submit the booking form, pay the flat ₹1,500 assistance fee using the Pay Now button (on the confirmation screen, this page, or My Bookings). Official charges, if any, are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay them.
